This week, I visited Bankstown Sports Club – the newest vaccination clinic in Bankstown.
You can’t get a beer or have a punt at the Club at the moment, but you can get the jab. It is probably the quickest and easiest place in our local area to get vaccinated.
You don’t need to book – you can walk right in and it will only take 30 minutes. There is also plenty of parking.
It is open 7 days a week – from 8am to 5pm.
I spoke with Mark Condi, CEO of Bankstown Sports Club, about the great work the club is doing to do their part in this battle against COVID-19.
ONE YEAR SINCE LEBANON EXPLOSION
It’s a year this week since that awful explosion in Beirut that left 300,000 homeless and took of lives of more than 200 people including a little 2 year old Australian boy Issac.
12 months later the people of Lebanon continue to suffer.
