Member for Werriwa Anne Stanley today engaged with the children and educators at the early learning childcare centre, Organic Seedlings, in Werriwa.
This week celebrates Early Learning Matters Week which acknowledges the work and effort of early learning educators and the difference they make to the lives of young children.
“Early childhood education is vital to the development of our young children, and it is
important that we acknowledge their hard work, especially over the past few years.” Ms Stanley said.
This year’s theme is ‘Learning through play’, highlighting the importance of play for
the learning of under 5s.
“It was wonderful to meet all the amazing kids at Organic Seedlings, and it was fun
to play The Farmer In The Dell as well as accept a beautiful artwork that the childrenmade for me, I was very touched by the gift”.
